All in For L.A. - Breathwork & Sound Bath

Join us for a special BASH Charity Class led by Coach Ciara & Guest - Taylor Husereau - as they bring to BASH a healing & restorative breathwork and sound bath experience raising support for those displaced by the wildfires in Los Angeles.

Ciara Mislan (Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Senior BASH Coach, and co-founder of CRE8TE Wellness) will lead a journey through restorative and active breathing patterns designed to enhance our physical, mental and emotional states.

Upon conclusion of the active breath portion, participants will enter a 30 minute meditation with immersive sound bath by Taylor Husereau (Certified Sound Healer, RYT300 yoga instructor and Certified Reiki Master). The sound bath is a period for receiving and relaxation. The tones and vibrations from various instruments serve to promote healing and balancing of the energy centers. When coupled with breathwork, participants can expect to feel significant shifts in the mind, body and spirit.

On Thursdays and Sundays, our Fuel classes diverge from barbell exercises and instead focus on longer conditioning workouts, skill practice, and bodybuilding.
